Each year Amiguitos takes groups to Veracruz, Mexico in June (participants can go the first trip week, second trip week, third week of trip or any combination) and in December (two one week trips and you can choose any one or both). In addition, Goldi Santana Mera will visit the USA (usually in August or September).

April 2010

Goldi, Curtis and Alex go to Pheonix, Arizona for fundraisers

Church of the Nativity, Pheonix (Saturday night May 1st)

Friends of Amiguitos will gather in Pheonix to support the construction of the new center/school, sponsor children for food & tuition, raise funds for medicine to be used by the vulnerable in Veracruz, Mexico

Construction Project.  Need tools, people to help build the Laguna School in Veracruz, Mexico

Week Two Trip in Veracruz

Medical Clinic.  4 clinics in the poor areas of Veracruz, Mexico.  All are welcome.  Need help to weigh patients, take temperatures, count pills, hand out supplies.  Also people with medical background  to take blood pressures (nurse, EMT, others).  Doctors and pharmasists also great to help see patients and verify medications given.

Amiguitos Board meeting October 2nd 6:00pm to 7:30pm.  Goldi to meet with congregations at October 7 to October 9 Diocese of Colorado Convention.
