Goldi's Trip to Colorado
August 2009
Goldi visited Denver Colorado August 15 to August 25 2009 and stayed
with Curtis, Anne and Dana Wait. Donna Hood hosted a reception at
her house (where Alex has his new apartment). Goldi and Curtis
led services at Intercession Episcopal Church in Thornton Colorado
where Phil also fed the people with typical Amiguitos Laguna Center
foods. Goldi also met with the youth at Intercession.
Goldi visited a goat farm, Rocky Mountain National Park, went horseback
riding , attended a Colorado Rockies Baseball game, visited the state
capital and constructed her
own teddy bear. She also went shopping and bought school supplies
and clothes for herself. We celebrated Curtis’ birthday and
overall had a great time.
