During this week we had our normal activiades. We had our
classes for
elementary school students and of course we have our high school
students studying in the center each day. We had normal homework
support to all students as well as English and computer classes.
On Friday we had a medical clinic for all the students and
families.
Dr. Thomas (with arm in cast) came with his wife because he could not
write. 112 people attended in total between children and parents.
Also this week we prepared our adult students for their final high
school entrance exams. Lucrecia, Sonia and Guadalupe Saturday
took
the tests with the city education officials and hope everything
has
gone well.
On Saturday morning we went to the official event to receive Nancy's
and Ramon's Middle School completion certificates. And we
of course
had a soccer match at night as part of the recreactional league we
participate in.
We also added two new students to our Laguna program: Jair and
Jose
