BLOG Entry # 04 14_JUN_09
Barry and James arrived last night. We had a quiet morning of
pill counting and then went to the Amiguitos Community Center (in
Laguna) in the evening for a church service. The bishop of
Southeast Mexico came and baptized 14 people. Then we had a party
and gave away presents from the USA (beanie babies, candy and blowup
balls). Everyone got one (children to adult). They were
very much appreciated. The group from Phoenix came down for
the service and party (John, Steve, Bob, Matt, & Ralph). It
was a lot of fun and we enjoyed the homemade tamales! Curtis
